Gaza hospital boss arrested as Israel-Hamas truce 'still on' despite hostage delay

The director of Gaza's biggest hospital has been detained by the Israel Defence Forces, the Hamas-led health ministry has said.

Dr Muhammad Abu Salmiya was detained along with members of medical staff at al Shifa, a spokesman said.

Meanwhile, it's thought the truce between the Israeli government and Hamas is ''still on'' despite it not coming into play yet.
