Israeli Defense Forces troops say they have Gaza City surrounded as the northern part of the Palestinian enclave is now cut off from the rest of Gaza. Phone and internet service has resumed for parts of Gaza this morning after being shut down overnight.
Former president Donald Trump is set to take the stand today in the New York civil fraud trial against him. His sons Donald Jr. and Eric took the stand last week. His daughter Ivanka is also expected to testify in the future. Trump is accused of artificially inflating his net worth to obtain better bank loans while undervaluing his properties to avoid taxes.
