Here’s how:

1️⃣ Grab your to-do list (assuming it’s on paper) and a few coloured highlighters.

2️⃣ Choose one colour for each category of task - for example, yellow for creative tasks, pink for admin, and blue for replying to calls.

3️⃣ Tackle each colour group one at a time.
