Trump says he will appeal federal trial date, which he can't do

In a social media post on Monday, Donald Trump lashed out about the trial date for his federal election interference case. It's scheduled to begin March 4 of next year, the day before Super Tuesday. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more on the former president's comments about appealing the date.
