Once again I must protest your identifying Bill Nye, who holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, as “the Science Guy” when you print his letters (Nov. 20) invariably arguing for climate-change interventions. This is akin to printing letters from “Dr.” Julius Erving about Covid vaccinations, “Col.” Sanders about nutrition, or Charlamagne “Tha God” about the afterlife.
Mr. Nye is an actor, and his opinions are those of an actor, who happened to play a character called “the Science Guy” on a children’s show.
