Bogus Lawsuits Are the Real ‘Public Nuisance’

Skinner’s op-ed “The ‘Public Nuisance’ Menace” (Aug. 17) explains that lawyers are milking big money from companies that provide products and services that are perfectly legal under the heading of “public nuisance.” Well, I have a novel idea: Let’s give the lawyers some of their own medicine and sue them for bringing these lawsuits to court.
