Ms. Burnett, who turned 90 on April 26, didn’t respond to a request for comment. She first moved into the building in the 1990s, purchasing a unit on the 25th floor. She later relocated to Santa Barbara with her husband, musician Brian Miller, and bought a pied-à-terre on the 13th-floor for $1.26 million in 2002.

The roughly 2,800-square-foot condo, which the couple renovated in 2011, has a private elevator and two balconies. One bedroom is used as an office, Mr. Larson said.

Ms. Burnett, who was raised in L.A., is best known for hosting “The Carol Burnett Show,” a variety show that ran from 1967 to 1978. She is scheduled to appear in the upcoming Apple Studios series “Palm Royale.”

In the first quarter of 2023, the number of condo sales in the greater Los Angeles area fell about 50% from the first quarter of 2022; median condo prices in the area stayed roughly the same, according to data from Sotheby’s International Realty.
