HaBO: The Donnellys and Their Pizza Shop

This HaBO request is from Jessica, who is looking for this YA romance: I need help finding a book I read years ago. It’s a young adult romance book. It’s set in a lake town. The main character has a history with two brothers (the Donnellys?) whose family owns a pizza shop. Her mom wrote a book about her daughter’s love triangle with the boys that became a best seller. The daughter also went on runs around the lake and her favorite candy was Red Vines. Sorry, I know this isn’t a ton to go off of but it’s all the details I remember.
