India break 22-year-old Test record for fastest team hundred
India registered a unique record on day four of the second Test against the West Indies by scoring the fastest ever team hundred. The opening pair of captain Rohit Sharma (57 off 44 balls) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (38 off 30 balls) added 98 runs in 11.5 overs in India's second innings on Sunday, after which the visitors reached the 100-run mark in 12.2 overs (74 balls) to break the 22-year-record held by Sri Lanka.
