Need a month for nod to prosecute Lalu: CBI
The CBI informed a Rouse Avenue court on Wednesday that it will take a month to procure prosecution sanction against former railway minister Lalu Prasad and certain railway officials in connection with the fresh chargesheet filed in the land-for-jobs matter. The court of special judge Geetanjali Goel deferred arguments on the point of cognisance for August 8.
