Police said Seema Haider was booked under relevant sections of the Foreigners Act and The Passport (Entry Into India) Act for illegally entering the country. Sachin and his father Netrapal were also booked under sections 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 34 (common intention) of the IPC for helping the Pakistani woman cross the border into India and hosting her at their home in Rabupura, Greater Noida.
