It's No Picnic Relying on Biden
I don’t envy the Ukrainians. By Readers Sept. 11, 2023 4:00 pm ET Thank God that Winston Churchill didn’t have to deal with President Biden in the early months of World War II, as Britain fought off Hitler (“Putin’s North Korean Rendezvous,” Review & Outlook, Sept. 6). Ukraine does have to deal with Mr. Biden, and he needs to overcome his fear of Mr. Putin’s shadow and give Ukraine what it needs to win decisively.
