Lockdown Turned to Boycott in Our House

Magdalena, 17, has Down syndrome. The “little angel” stereotype doesn’t apply to her. She is smart and stubborn. She doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to do without a fight. One casualty of the pandemic has been my daughter’s church attendance. We had a good routine in place before the lockdown. Now she won’t go under any circumstances.
