The apartment has two large terraces spanning a total of nearly 1,000 square feet. One of the terraces, off the living room and primary bedroom, is almost 65 feet long, Mr. Steinberg said. The penthouse also has a library and media room. The open kitchen has custom oak cabinetry, brass hardware and a Carrara marble island. The primary bedroom suite has large walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with heated marble flooring, a wet room and a sauna.
