Tangling with the legal profession is always a contact sport, but here’s a penalty flag for what’s happening in Montana. Attorney General Austin Knudsen is staring down 41 counts of “professional misconduct” for allegedly being too critical of the state’s Supreme Court, including in his office’s briefs.
