My books were, too, unlike so many on Amazon. I self-published after receiving no responses to my 50 requests and becoming too impatient to see if the gods of traditional publishing would deem me worthy of their imperious scepter. Now that I am stuck in the doldrums of Amazon’s millions, I have to admit that while my books are fantastic, they will only ever be seen by my friends and family.
