The High Note star was again celebrated for her stellar style choices in 2020 when she won the People’s Choice Award for Fashion Icon. Ahead of the ceremony, Tracee joked in an interview with E! that she fell in love with fashion as she was “coming out of the womb.”
She also opened up about how she views clothes, commenting, “Fashion in the beginning for me was armor. It was a way I kind of protected myself and made sure the world was seeing me the way I wanted to be seen.” The Life support actress continued, “Now it’s a form of creative expression, and I have to say that clothes fuel me.”
The Girlfriends alum donned a brown suit by Schiaparelli at the event. It was finished with gold hardware, and she paired it with a matching pair of dangly earrings, also designed by the luxury fashion house. She then changed into a white Alexander McQueen gown while accepting the award. The high-low frock showed off a pair of thigh high leather boots which matched the harness she wore.
Another noteworthy look the fashion mogul rocked was her outfit while making an appearance on NBC’s Today Show in October 2022. Ross wore a stunning Carolina Herrera catsuit. The asymmetrical getup had ruffles coming off one of her shoulders, making the ensemble look even more chic. The California native looked radiant in head-to-toe floral, and she even wore matching heels. As for glam, her hair was slicked back in a braided ponytail, and she wore rosy eyeshadow and a bright red lip.
