Update: Paddleboarder died after he ‘likely drowned’ at Quinn’s Pond, Boise fire says

Boise officers went into the water immediately to look for him, and the fire department’s dive team continued to search.By 5:20 p.m. the dive team found the man, the release said. Paramedics and firefights attempted to perform life-saving measures, and he was then taken to a nearby hospital, but he didn’t survive.Authorities said the man likely drowned, and that were no signs of foul play. A 66-year-old paddleboarder died after he likely drowned at Quinn’s Pond, according to a news release from the Boise Fire Department.
